Vocational and technical training in China is important for both society and individuals. Despite its rapid growth, there are issues like unfair fees and inconsistent quality. To improve, we need to change our education mindset, clarify the training's purpose, and enhance supervision. The government should lead and refine oversight, while training centers must focus on quality to survive. In the long term, we should build a lifelong vocational education system.
