Highly Nutritious Oujiang Colour Carp Muscle Ideal for Fish Farming!
The study compared the nutritional quality of Oujiang colour carp of different sizes. Adult fish had higher flesh content than small fish. Valine was the most limited amino acid in all fish sizes. Polyunsaturated fatty acids were more abundant in adult fish, while small fish had more EPA and DHA. Oujiang colour carp is rich in essential amino acids and fatty acids, making it a good choice for animal protein and fish farming.
