Under-Floor Air-Conditioning System Causes Localized Thermal Discomfort in Offices.
The study looked at how comfortable people feel with an under-floor air-conditioning system in a hot and humid climate. They measured air flow and temperature in an office to see if people would feel too hot or too cold. The results showed that near the air vents, people might feel too hot because of big temperature differences. Also, there was a spot where the air didn't move much, making it uncomfortable for people sitting there.
