The article discusses the need for a statistical test system for discriminant analysis. It points out common problems in applying this method, such as overlooking the fitness of the analysis and the significance of the results. To improve the application of discriminant analysis, a system of statistical tests is proposed, including tests for fitness, significance of results, significance of variables, and efficiency of functions.
