Groundwater model predicts sustainable supply in Kang-Ping Development Zone.
The scientists created a model to predict how groundwater flows in the Kang-Ping Development Zone over the next 15 years. They used a computer program called Visual Modflow to make sure people don't take too much groundwater and keep it sustainable. By looking at factors like how easily water moves through the ground and how much water can be stored, they figured out how the water levels might change. They found that different ways of using the groundwater could affect how much water is available in the future.
