Grassroots cadres in rural areas are important for handling public health emergencies. The current emergency response process for these cadres has issues. To improve, we need to change their thinking, enhance how we choose them, provide better emergency management training, and refine the reward system. By doing this, we can boost the ability of grassroots cadres to effectively manage public health emergencies in rural areas.
