Citizens in China have the opportunity to participate in public policy, which can influence how laws are made and enforced. However, the effectiveness of this participation varies depending on the system in place. In China, citizens' policy participation is growing but not very effective due to a lack of suitable power structure. To improve this, giving citizens more real rights and adjusting the distribution of national rights could help enhance the impact of their participation.
