The study analyzed the ecological city construction in Shaanxi Province in 2008. They looked at different cities' social and regional conditions to evaluate their ecological development. The researchers established an evaluation system and found that Xi'an had a high level of ecological city construction, Tongchuan had an intermediate level, and Yan'an had a low level. Each city needs to plan their ecological construction based on their situation and work towards integrating urban ecological development in Shaanxi Province.
