Consumers Gain Stronger Legal Protections Against Faulty Products
The product liability law in the U.S.A. has evolved over time, moving from contract liability to infringement liability, and then to special infringement liability. By examining different economic periods in U.S.A. history, factors like background, theories, and laws were analyzed to understand the development of product liability law. This study provides insights that can be useful for shaping product liability laws in China.
