The article analyzes patents related to X-ray instruments to help technical staff and companies in the field. By searching for patents worldwide, the study found that the number of patent applications for X-ray technology is increasing each year. There is a significant gap between domestic and foreign companies in terms of patent applications, validity, and overall patent layout.
