Optimal Fertilization Formula Boosts Rice Yield in Jiangshan City!
The study aimed to find the best combination of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium fertilizers for growing rice in Jiangshan City. Different fertilizer levels were tested on a rice variety called Eryoupei 9. The results showed that nitrogen had the biggest impact on rice yield, while phosphorus had less effect. More potassium led to higher yields. The best combination for the highest yield was 180.0 kg/hm2 of nitrogen, 90.0 kg/hm2 of phosphorus, and 225.0 kg/hm2 of potassium, resulting in a yield of 9,271.5 kg/hm2. Based on local practices, the recommended fertilizer formula is 180.0 kg/hm2 of nitrogen, 52.5-90.0 kg/hm2 of phosphorus, and 225.0 kg/hm2 of potassium.
