The study evaluated the rural ecological environment construction in Hebei Province by creating an index system with 15 single indexes covering resource environmental, economic, and social aspects. The weight of each index was determined using the analytic hierarchy process, and the overall evaluation was done using a comprehensive index method. The findings of the evaluation were then analyzed.
