Creative human capital positively impacts economic growth in Anhui province. The study classified human capital into three types based on education levels. By using the Cobb-Douglas and VAR models, researchers found that investing in creative human capital leads to economic growth. This suggests that focusing on developing creative skills can benefit the economy of Anhui.
