Red soil slope runoff rates stabilize, impacting erosion control strategies.
The study looked at how water flows down red soil slopes. They did experiments with different water flow, slope lengths, and steepness. The results showed that: 1) More water makes runoff increase at first, then stay the same. 2) Longer slopes have less runoff. 3) Most slopes have the same runoff pattern, except for very steep ones where runoff decreases before staying the same.
