The study looked at how the timing of intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) affects pregnancy outcomes. Patients were divided into three groups based on the time between egg retrieval and ICSI. They found that waiting longer before ICSI led to higher pregnancy and implantation rates. In conclusion, the right preincubation time can improve outcomes after ICSI.
