Revolutionizing Seedling-Transplanting Boosts Growth and Yields Dramatically!
The study looked at how transplanting young Davidia involucrata trees affects their growth compared to just growing them from seeds. They found that transplanting can increase the number of seedlings by 2.5 times and make them taller by 27.8% in low hilly areas. In higher areas, the number of seedlings can increase by almost 4 times and their height by over 2 times. This shows that transplanting can be a better way to grow these trees than just planting seeds.
