The German administrative enforcement law is a way for government agencies to enforce rules on their own, which has influenced laws in many places. This paper looks at how administrative enforcement works in Germany, including what needs to happen before enforcement, how it's done, and the steps involved. By studying German law, we can improve how administrative enforcement works in China.
