The study analyzed the relationship between economic growth and environmental quality in Shaanxi Province. The researchers found that the industrial waste and GDP per capita did not follow the expected pattern of improvement with economic growth. This suggests that traditional methods of industrialization may not be sustainable for the environment. The study recommends strengthening environmental management and exploring new approaches to industrialization to address this issue.
