The study analyzed the ability of different types of soil in Henan to resist becoming too acidic. They found that Chao soil had the strongest ability, followed by Cinnamon soil, Shajiang black soil, Yellow cinnamon soil, and Yellow brown soil. The amount of organic matter, the pH level, and the clay content in the soil were all linked to how well the soil could resist becoming too acidic.
