Optimizing phosphorus levels boosts soybean growth and efficiency.
The study looked at how different levels of phosphorus affect the growth of soybean plants. They found that increasing phosphorus concentration led to taller plants, more roots, larger leaves, and higher phosphorus content in the plants. However, the efficiency of using phosphorus decreased with higher concentrations. Different soybean varieties and growth stages responded differently to phosphorus levels. The best concentration of phosphorus for high efficiency was 125μmol/L, and the best time for cultivation was 3 weeks.
