The article discusses how a technology management system was designed using .NET technology and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). The system was created to meet the changing needs of managing scientific and technological achievements, integrating different systems, and improving programming efficiency. The layered design approach and key layer requirements were highlighted, showing that the SOA model helped in adapting to system flow changes and integrating various systems effectively.
