Revolutionary Rice Technology Boosts Yields and Quality, Changing Farming Game
The researchers studied how to grow high-yield rice by managing nitrogen levels effectively. They used various techniques to optimize nutrient management and achieve yields above 10 tons per hectare. By increasing nitrogen levels, they found that the number of tillers, plant height, dry matter accumulation, leaf area, chlorophyll content, and final yield of rice all increased. However, the nitrogen utilization ratio decreased as nitrogen levels rose. Different nitrogen fertilization methods also affected the biological characteristics and yield of rice, with a specific nitrogen rate showing better results than another.
