Light and Temperature Key Factors in Boosting Clematis Seed Germination
The study looked at how different factors like GA_3, temperature, light, and storage time affect the germination of Clematis peterae seeds. They found that using GA_3 made the seeds germinate faster, but didn't change the overall germination rate. Light helped the seeds germinate better. The best temperature for germination was 25℃. As the seeds were stored longer, their germination rate decreased.
