The article discusses how the traditional method of having a main contractor for building construction and a second contractor for installation can cause difficulties in managing large construction projects. To address this, a new process for cooperative construction involving both installation and building construction is proposed. The focus is on ensuring smooth collaboration, protecting production, and maintaining engineering quality throughout the project stages. The analysis highlights the importance of attention to detail in the preparation, construction, decorative, and completion stages to prevent any disruptions and maintain the overall quality of the project.
