Urbanization Threatens China's Farmland, Risking Food Security Crisis
The article explores how cities growing and using more land relate to the amount of farmland we have. The study focuses on Gansu and Jiangsu provinces in China. Through math and analyzing data, it was found that urbanization and farmland change in different areas and times were varied. However, the best way to balance this relationship is by making cities grow faster and using land more efficiently.
