The main goal of the article is to explore the relationship between commercial law and civil law by analyzing their differences and similarities. The researchers found that while there are some similarities between the two, the differences are significant due to social reality and legislation techniques. In practice, both substantial and formal commercial law demonstrate the independence of commercial law.
