The article explores how forming alliances in port logistics can benefit all partners involved. By analyzing transaction costs, the researchers found that strategic alliances are the best way to manage port logistics transactions. This type of alliance allows each partner to not only make profits individually but also receive additional compensation based on the overall profit.
