More Deciduous Forests Needed to Protect Species Diversity in Chaohu Hill
The study looked at different types of forests on Chaohu Hill to see how many plant species were there. They used different measures to compare the diversity of species in each type of forest. The results showed that deciduous broad-leaved forests had the most species, while Masson's pine forests had the least. They also found that having more deciduous broad-leaved forests would be good for protecting species diversity in the area.
