Grasslands in Inner Mongolia are getting worse because of overgrazing. Just reducing the number of animals isn't enough to fix the problem. The way animals are spread out across the land is also causing damage. Changing who owns the land has made things worse. To really help the grasslands, we need to look closely at where animals are and when.
