The study found that using ethylene glycol as a cryoprotectant was the most effective way to preserve frozen goat embryos. Different vitrification methods showed similar results in preserving the embryos. Bovine serum albumin was found to be a better cryoprotectant compared to fetal calf serum. Overall, the study concluded that various methods can be used to successfully freeze and preserve goat embryos for future use.
