Revolutionary Treatment Boosts Weilingxian Seed Germination Rates Dramatically
The researchers studied how different treatments affect the germination of Weilingxian seeds. They tested various chemicals and storage conditions on the seeds. Seeds stored in low temperature had higher germination rates. Treating the seeds with gibberellin, kalium nitricum, carbendazol, and naphthalene acetic acid increased germination rates, but concentrated oil of vitriol prevented sprouting. Overall, storing seeds in low temperature and treating them with gibberellin led to early germination with a short cycle, making it a suitable method for Weilingxian seed germination.
