The article suggests three strategies to speed up development in the central and western regions: promoting economic belts, building up Nankun Economic Belt, and establishing special economic zones. The goal is to provide these regions with preferential policies and boost economic growth. The author proposes the concept of "super special economic zones" and offers relevant suggestions for implementation.
