Optimizing Phosphorus Application in Rice Boosts Crop Yield and Efficiency.
The experiment tested different amounts of phosphorus in rice farming to see how it affects grain yield and fertilizer efficiency. The best results were seen when using eight kg of phosphorus per 667 m2 of land as basal fertilizer and at a specific growth stage. Proper phosphorus application can boost fertilizer efficiency and increase grain yield. The ideal phosphorus content in plants at maturity was found to be 0.555%, with a phosphorus uptake of 1.11 kg per 100 kg of grain.
