The total number of normal and moving sperm is crucial for in vitro fertilization success. A study of 108 infertile patients found that those with higher TNNPS had a significantly higher IVF fertilization rate. Group C, with the highest TNNPS, had a success rate of 91.02%, compared to 60.38% in Group A and 76.06% in Group B. This shows that TNNPS is a key factor in determining IVF success and can help evaluate sperm quality for treatment decisions.
