The study looked at ways to reduce pollution from farms near Poyang Lake. They found that pollution was mainly from pearl and livestock industries, soil erosion, and too much fertilizer. By reducing pollution, restoring wetlands, and building ecosystems, they were able to decrease pollution entering the lake. This helped improve water quality and increase biodiversity in the area.
