The study analyzed factors influencing farmers' willingness to give up their land. Results showed that the type of land, compensation limits, and investment in land negatively affected farmers' willingness to give up their land. On the other hand, land area, benefits from giving up land, and the right to give up land positively influenced farmers' willingness. The conclusion suggests protecting farmers' interests by considering their negotiating power, using the right to give up land correctly, defining the scope of land acquisition, and promoting off-farm employment.
