The goal of the article is to promote economic cooperation in Northeast Asia by revitalizing old industrial bases in northeast China. The researchers suggest creating a market economy zone in the region to accelerate growth and development. By fostering a positive environment for internal and external factors to integrate, the old industrial bases can transform into emerging industrial, equipment, agriculture, and export processing bases in Asia.
