The slow development of carbon finance in our country is mainly due to inadequate laws and policies, incomplete market platforms, and a weak position in coal trading. To address this, we need to improve regulations, create a unified carbon platform, innovate financial products, implement supportive policies, and enhance the international status of the RMB for settlements.
