To improve water use in irrigation districts, a support system for decision-making was created using Borland Delphi programming. This system helps manage water resources effectively by calculating crop water needs, optimizing water allocation, and guiding decisions on water-saving irrigation. By applying this system in Daming County, Hebei Province, it was found to enhance the use of limited water resources through scientific irrigation decisions.
