Small and medium-sized businesses in China are growing rapidly and play a big role in the economy. However, they struggle with getting financing. One way to help them is through equity financing, where they sell shares of their company. By looking at the financial culture, laws, and market conditions, we can see why these businesses have trouble getting funding. To improve the situation, we need to make changes to how equity financing works for small and medium-sized enterprises in China.
