New Coagulants Revolutionize Water Treatment for Low Temperature and Turbidity
The study tested different coagulants to treat water with low temperature and turbidity. Polymeric aluminum and activation silicic acid were found to be the most effective. The best pH for coagulation was between 6.5 and 7.5. Ferric chloride was the most efficient coagulant under optimal conditions. Choosing the right coagulant can improve pollutant removal in water treatment.
