Revolutionizing Tobacco Production: Combined Fertilizer Boosts Yields and Profits
Different fertilizing conditions were tested on tobacco plants in three locations to see how they affected the plants' response to fertilizer and their ability to use it efficiently. The best results were seen when both organic and inorganic fertilizers were used together, leading to significantly higher yields and economic benefits compared to no fertilization. The plants absorbed nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium mainly through their leaves, with potassium being the most absorbed nutrient. Using a combination of organic and inorganic fertilizers optimized the fertilizer ratio and reduced the overall amount needed, making it the most beneficial approach for tobacco production.
