A virtual enterprise is a group of businesses working together to share skills and resources for better business opportunities. This study presents a method for creating a system that helps these businesses coordinate and cooperate effectively. It introduces the main ideas behind virtual enterprises and their models, and discusses how to choose the right model to support coordination activities in a network of cooperating businesses.
