Administrative Legislation is a common practice supported by legal texts. Its legitimacy stems from authorization by the Legislative assembly. To ensure legitimacy, Administrative Legislation should be subject to Delegated legislation, legislative control, procedure control, and Judicial Review. Diversification of Legislation bodies is necessary to meet the needs of a Pluralistic society.
