Liquid compound fertilizer boosts rice yield and farmers' income significantly.
The study looked at how using liquid compound fertilizer on rice fields in the Songnen Plain affected yield, quality, and profits. By comparing liquid fertilizer to traditional methods, researchers found that using liquid fertilizer increased grain number and yield by 6.08%-18.35%. The output-input ratio was higher with liquid fertilizer, leading to increased profits for farmers. Net income also rose significantly with liquid fertilizer use. Additionally, using liquid fertilizer reduced labor and costs for fertilization. Overall, using liquid compound fertilizer on rice fields can boost yield, quality, and profits for farmers while saving labor.
