New Method Detects Lead in Food and Organisms with 95% Accuracy
A new method using high pressure and heat has been developed to accurately measure lead in food and organisms. By subjecting samples to specific conditions, researchers found that the best results were achieved at 120℃ for 3 hours with a certain ratio of nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide. The method proved to be practical, convenient, and accurate, with lead recovery rates ranging from 95.8% to 104.5%.
