The article presents a new system for designing products called Quality Function Deployment (QFD) using fuzzy measurement. This system helps to create better product designs by incorporating fuzzy logic to handle subjective experiences in the design process. By introducing fuzzy measurement, fuzzy relationship matrix, and fuzzy transition matrix, the system can adapt to different types of information and improve the overall design strategy and functional modules of the QFD system. The entire system is developed on the .NET Framework platform.
