Optimizing Nitrogen Ratio Boosts Tobacco Growth and Quality, Resisting Diseases.
The study looked at how different types of nitrogen affect the growth and quality of tobacco leaves. They found that using more NO3-N in the soil helped tobacco plants grow better, resist diseases, and produce higher quality leaves. The best results were seen when 50% of the nitrogen was in the form of NO3-N. This ratio led to the highest quality leaves and a good yield.
