Optimizing fertilizer application boosts rice yield and profit significantly.
A study was done to find the best fertilizer model for growing rice without tilling the soil. By testing different levels of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, researchers discovered that using a medium amount of these fertilizers led to the highest rice yield and profit. The ideal application rates for nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium were found to be 197.70, 73.05, and 180.00 kg/hm2 for maximum yield, and 194.10, 65.55, and 170.10 kg/hm2 for highest profit.
