Optimal N,P Fertilizer Ratio Boosts Maize Yield and Nutrient Uptake
The study looked at how different amounts of N and P fertilizers affect maize growth and yield. They found that the best ratio was N300P150, which led to the highest nutrient uptake and yield. Increasing N and P fertilizers increased dry matter accumulation and corn yield. The highest absorption of N and P by maize happened during the filling stage. Overall, more nitrogen and phosphate led to more dry matter accumulation and better yields.
